- whether you'd recommend Taskly (0 to 10) – and why
- the three most important jobs Taskly should do for you
- your biggest frustration – with a real example
- what you're missing and how important it is
- what Taskly has replaced and how much time it saves you (an estimate is fine)
- what Taskly would be worth to you – voluntary, not a condition
- bugs you've noticed (we send device and browser automatically)
- your wow moment and anything else you want to get off your chest
What happens to your feedback
We read every submission ourselves and evaluate all answers together: which areas score badly, which wishes come up again and again, which bugs are most annoying. Then we decide what to improve next. Customer data doesn't belong in feedback; anything that slips in anyway is removed before the automatic analysis, as far as it can be recognised.

Who can take part?
Every business with a Taskly account – automatically, with no sign-up or activation. Owners and office staff can fill it in, in Taskly on the start page (Home) or under Settings → Feedback.
What do I get for it?
For complete, concrete feedback, 3 extra months of Taskly free once per business. How the reward applies (trial extended, free months on your subscription, or Taskly without a subscription) is shown in Taskly.
Do I have to praise Taskly?
No. Honest, even blunt criticism is explicitly welcome and never leads to rejection. What counts is that we can work with your answers – not whether they're positive.
How long does it take?
About 12 minutes – with no time limit. Your draft is saved automatically; you can stop at any time and continue on your phone.
Will my feedback be published?
No – only with your separate permission, which you can withdraw at any time, and then without your name. The reward doesn't depend on it.
Who decides on the reward?
We do – people. AI only helps sort the topics and decides nothing. If something is unclear, we ask.
