Every new business tries Taskly for 30 days with all features – from sign-up, with no credit card and no payment details. The trial ends automatically and nothing is charged. You can see how many days are left in Taskly at any time; we remind you by email 7 days before and on the last day.
You can subscribe during the trial – payment only starts when it ends. Businesses that used Taskly before the subscription was introduced also get 30 days free from the launch date.
After the trial: reading and exporting always work
Without a subscription, Taskly is read-only after the trial: all data stays visible and exportable, invoices and customer links remain available, and GDPR access and deletion requests keep working. Creating, editing and sending to customers work again as soon as you subscribe – with one click. The same applies after cancelling, at the end of the paid month.
Does it pay off?
That depends on how many jobs you take in and how much time paperwork, searching and call-backs take today – we haven't measured it. In the time calculator you enter your own figures. The easiest way is to try it: 30 days with real jobs, no credit card – then you decide.
Message packages for SMS and WhatsApp
SMS are not included in the subscription. You buy credit in messages – 1 message = 1 SMS or 1 WhatsApp (WhatsApp where it's enabled for your business). The owner can buy in Taskly; prices incl. 19% VAT.

A separate monthly package alongside the subscription, paid monthly in advance, cancellable at the end of any month. The messages are valid in the month they are credited and the following month.
- 1 SMS up to 160 characters = 1 message (70 characters with emojis); longer SMS count per part.
- WhatsApp (only where enabled for your business): 1 message per message, marketing messages such as a review request 2.
- SMS to numbers outside Germany, Austria and Switzerland only when enabled: 3 messages per part.
- Automatic top-up if you want it: when fewer than 20 messages are left, Taskly buys your chosen package – at most 2 times a month, can be switched off at any time.
- During the trial: 10 starter messages to try out, as soon as your email address is confirmed.

Every business with a Taskly account automatically has its own referral link – no sign-up, free and without a subscription of your own. If a new business registers through it and pays for the Taskly subscription, you get 25% of the net amount paid, for its first 12 paid months.
Payouts start as soon as the payout process launches (we'll define the settlement procedure beforehand); until then every commission is kept. There is no guaranteed income. The partner terms (draft) apply.

Every business can take part – automatically, no sign-up. A guided questionnaire takes about 12 minutes, and honest criticism is explicitly welcome. For complete, concrete feedback you get 3 extra months of Taskly free once per business.

Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. You sign up and try all features for 30 days – with no credit card and no payment details. The trial ends automatically and nothing is charged.
What happens after the trial?
Without a subscription, Taskly is read-only after that: all work orders, customers, contracts and invoices stay visible and can be exported at any time – creating, editing and sending to customers work again as soon as you subscribe. We remind you by email 7 days before, on the last day and on the first day after.
Can I subscribe during the trial?
Yes. You don't lose anything: the first payment is only taken at the end of your trial. You'll see the date in Taskly before you subscribe.
I already use Taskly – what changes for me?
From the launch, your business keeps using Taskly free for another 30 days, with all features as before and no payment details. We'll tell you about this and the new terms & conditions by email on the launch day. After that, Taskly is read-only without a subscription – nothing becomes chargeable by itself. To keep working, it's one click in Taskly under Settings → Plan & billing; if you subscribe during the free period, payment is only taken when it ends.
How do I cancel?
Any time in Taskly under Settings → Plan & billing → “Manage subscription”, effective at the end of the current month – with annual payment at the end of the 12 paid months. Until then everything keeps running, and time you've already paid for isn't lost (there are no pro-rata refunds). After that, Taskly is read-only – your data is kept and can be exported.
What happens to my data without a subscription?
Nothing is lost. All work orders, customers, contracts, invoices and files stay visible and exportable, and customer links remain readable. GDPR access and deletion requests always work.
What does sending SMS cost?
SMS are not included in the subscription. You buy credit in messages – 1 message = 1 SMS or, where WhatsApp is enabled for your business, 1 WhatsApp: one-off from 100 messages for €15 to 1,000 for €115 (from €0.115 per message, never expire) or monthly from 100 for €13 to 500 for €55 (from €0.11, cancel monthly). All prices incl. 19% VAT. During the trial you get 10 starter messages to try out. The owner can buy in Taskly under Settings → Message credit; if the credit runs out, Taskly sends an email instead of the SMS where possible.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes – an invoice showing VAT for every payment, by email; you'll also find all invoices in Taskly under Plan & billing. All prices incl. 19% VAT.
Can I work with several employees?
Yes: up to 10 logins with roles (owner, office, staff) – included in the price, even during the trial.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Instead of €19 a month you pay €190 a year incl. 19% VAT – 2 months free: €38 or 17% less than twelve monthly payments, which works out at €15.83 a month. You pay the 12 months in advance; the subscription renews for 12 months at a time unless you cancel beforehand – you can cancel at any time for the end of the 12 months. You can switch in Taskly under Plan & billing → “Manage subscription”: to annual immediately (the paid remainder of the current month is credited), back to monthly at the end of the 12 months. If you choose annual during the trial, the €190 is only charged at the end of the trial.
Who is Taskly for?
Exclusively for businesses within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code) – traders, trades businesses and freelancers. We don't sell to consumers.

Price
- Taskly subscription, monthly: €19.00 incl. 19% VAT (€15.97 net plus €3.03 VAT) per month, paid monthly in advance, cancel monthly.
- Taskly subscription, yearly: €190.00 incl. 19% VAT (€159.66 net plus €30.34 VAT) for 12 months in advance (2 months free: €38 or 17% less than twelve monthly payments). Renews for 12 months at a time, can be cancelled at any time for the end of the 12 months; there are no pro-rata refunds.
Price per business, not per employee. All prices incl. 19% VAT. Taskly is aimed exclusively at businesses within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code). Our terms & conditions apply.
Paying and cancelling
You pay by credit card or SEPA direct debit, processed securely by our payment provider Stripe. The owner of the business can subscribe. The invoice arrives by email. You can cancel, change the payment method, switch between monthly and annual payment and download invoices yourself at any time in Taskly under Settings → Plan & billing. If a payment fails, everything keeps running for another 7 days so you can check the payment method calmly.
Limits
- Storage: 2 GB per business.
- File size: max. 25 MB per file.
- SMS and WhatsApp: not included in the price – with message packages from €0.11 per message.
- Availability: we do our best to keep things running smoothly; the details are set out in the terms & conditions.
